The school calendar is usually the hub of any school website – get this right and you will have a constant stream of visitors who are finding out what’s happening at the school.

We are adept at creating interactive calendars which are intuitive and easy to use.  Your visitors can view events for a day, week, month or term and be able to search for particular events easily.  Our features include:

• view dates and times in a list format
• view dates and times in a calendar format (move forwards and backwards through months)
• filter events by parameters such as house, date range, type etc
• colour coding of events
• free text search that returns matching results
• Automatically turning events into news items that can be displayed on the home page
• Ability to provide external links to specific events
• Having a secure log in area where approved users can view the staff version of the calendar which would alleviate the need to have multiple school calendars
• Automatic creation of a PDF calendar that is available for printing or downloading, which can save your school the cost of printing term calendars.  Parents are also able to create a filtered PDF calender showing just specific events relating to their children. 

If required, data from an application such as Excel can be uploaded into the calendar and data within the calendar can be exported to external applications.
