Email Marketing (eMarketing) for Schools

Email marketing will provide the school the opportunity to build brand loyalty and decrease communication costs.

HTML emails, traditionally used as a marketing tool for large companies, can be setup and tracked to work for you. Rather than printing off a hundreds of copies simply transfer the content into a pre setup school template echoing the style of your website and in-fitting with your brand and email it out. Address books can be setup and filtered so only relevant people get the newsletter.

HTML emails can also be much more than just a newsletter. They can be fully interactive and contain as few or as many links as you would like. You have the capability to add links to the full story online, for example your photo gallery of your websites. You can also direct the entire readership to the school calendar to let them know what events are up coming.

With reporting and tracking enabled on the HTML emails, you can see who has opened and which links they clicked on. No more letters getting lost in the bookbag and a great way to encourage your parents and pupils to visit the school website.

The initial cost of developing a custom designed template that matches your school brand identity is £750.00 plus VAT. Thereafter the annual hosting charge for sending out email newsletters are:

2500 emails          £100 + vat
5000 emails          £195 + vat
7500 emails          £285 + vat
10000 emails        £370 + vat
Emails over allowance are charged at 4.5p per email

We also offer an ad-hoc design service should you wish to amend your current template or perhaps you would like a second template uploaded to your online account. This type of work is charged at a rate of £60 + vat per hour.
